This agreement between Individual entrepreneur Muratova Irina Leonidovna (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the user of the online store services, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, determines the conditions for the purchase of goods through the website of the online store https://shishkaproject.com

1. General Provisions

1.1. The seller publishes this sales contract, which is a public offer (offer) to individuals and legal entities in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") defines all the essential terms of the contract between the Seller and the person who accepted the offer.

1.3. This agreement is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the time of ordering.

1.4. The offer can be accepted by any individual or legal entity in the CIS (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.) intending to purchase products provided by the Seller through the online store located on the website https://shishkaproject.com

1.5. The buyer unconditionally accepts all the conditions contained in the offer in full and without exception.

1.6. If the terms of this agreement are accepted, the individual or legal entity making the acceptance of the offer becomes the Buyer. Acceptance is the fact of payment for the order in the amount and on the terms of this agreement.

2. Status of the online store https://shishkaproject.com

2.1. Online store - a site located on the Internet at https://shishkaproject.com, through which the Seller sells goods, is the property of the Seller and is designed to organize a remote way of selling goods via the Internet.

2.2. The online store is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.

3. Subject of the Offer

3.1. The Seller, on the basis of the Buyer's orders and on the basis of prepayment, sells the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the conditions and at the prices set by the Seller in the Offer and its annexes.

3.2. The subject of this Agreement is to enable the Buyer to purchase for personal and professional purposes the Goods presented in the catalog of the online store at https://shishkaproject.com

3.3. An individual or legal entity is considered to have accepted all the terms of the offer and its annexes in full and without exceptions from the moment the funds are received as payment for the goods to the Seller's account, or from the moment the funds are received to the settlement account of the Payment System Operator (in case of payment through payment systems). In the case of acceptance of the offer in one of the above ways, the individual is considered to have entered into a contract for the sale of the ordered goods with the Seller and acquires the status of the Buyer.

4. Definitions

4.1. Buyer - an individual or legal entity who has accepted in full and without exception the terms of the offer (who has accepted the offer) in accordance with clause 1.4 of the offer.

4.3. Online store - an Internet site with an Internet address https://shishkaproject.com, owned by the Seller and intended for sale by the Seller to Buyers on the basis of an offer of goods belonging to the seller.

4.4. Catalog - information about products placed in the online store.

4.8. Parties - jointly the Buyer and the Seller.

5. The procedure for concluding a sales contract

5.1. The buyer can place an order on his own on the website of the online store, or through the manager by phone numbers indicated on the website, under the terms of the Sales Agreement (public offer of the online store).

5.2. When placing an order on the website of the online store, the Buyer must provide information about himself:

6. Product Information

6.2. All information materials on the website of the online store are for reference only. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the methods of using the Goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller at the phone numbers or e-mail indicated on the website before placing an order.

7. Procedure for purchasing goods

7.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented in the online store. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. Exceptions to this rule are indicated in the description of each product.

7.2. The order can be placed by the Buyer independently on the website of the online store or by calling the numbers indicated on the website.

7.3. After placing the order, the Seller sends to the Buyer's e-mail a confirmation of order acceptance and an invoice indicating the name, quantity and price of the selected product and the total order amount, which is an integral part of this contract. Payment of the invoice by the Buyer is a confirmation of the placed order. Next, the online store manager contacts the Buyer by phone or e-mail to clarify information on the order and the timing of its delivery.

7.4. The order is processed after prepayment of the order.

7.5. The delivery time of the goods is indicated by the manager at the first contact with the Buyer after placing the order and is calculated in working days starting from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's account.

 8. Product price.

8.1. The price of the goods is indicated in UAH.

8.2. The price of the goods indicated in the online store can be changed unilaterally, while the price for the goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer cannot be changed.

 9. Payment for goods

9.1. The methods and procedure for payment are indicated on the website of the online store in the section "Delivery and payment for products".

9.2. After the receipt of funds to the Seller's account, the manager of the online store agrees with the Buyer the methods and delivery time. The Buyer's obligation to pay the price of the goods is considered fulfilled from the moment the corresponding funds are credited to the Seller's account.

9.3. The buyer pays for the order in any way selected in the online store.

9.4. Calculations of the Parties when paying for the order are carried out in Ukrainian hryvnia.

 10. Delivery of goods

10.1. The methods, procedure and terms of delivery of the goods are indicated on the website of the online store in the section "Delivery Information". The method and order of delivery of the order are negotiated with the Buyer by the manager of the online store.

 11. Return of goods

11.1. The return of goods to the online store is made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

           11.2. Return of goods to the online store is at the expense of the Buyer.

           11.3. When the Buyer returns the goods of good quality, the online store returns to him the amount paid for the goods upon the return of the goods minus the compensation for the costs of the online store associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

 12. Exchange of goods of inadequate quality.

12.1. Exchange of goods of inadequate quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

 13. Liability of the parties

13.1. The parties are responsible in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

13.2. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of his improper use of the goods ordered in the online store.

13.3. The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the contract for the duration of the force majeure.

 14. Other conditions

14.2. This agreement comes into force from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of this offer and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

14.3. All disputes and disagreements arising from the fulfillment of obligations by the Parties under this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.

14.4. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
